Regulatory Stock Review Plan: Parks Canada
Introduction
This plan provides the list of regulations that Parks Canada will review over time. Parks Canada’s regulatory stock will be reviewed over a 10-year period, between 2026 and 2035. New regulations that were made after 2026 will be reviewed either within this same 10-year period, or in the years after. The intent is for the review process to be ongoing and part of the life cycle of all Parks Canada regulations. This plan will be adjusted and updated annually to reflect Parks Canada’s regulatory priorities and changes to the operational environment.
