Our interpretive programs run daily from June to September, with limited programming in May.

Note: Programs may be subject to change without notice. Public programs are supported through the purchase of a national park entry pass. Programs are presented in English, with special programming available in French on request. If you would like to request a French-only private tour, or would like to book a special program for your group, please contact us.

Program Types – offered daily from June to September

Guided Walks

Join our interpreters for a walk through the rainforest or on the beach.  Guided walks last approximately 90 minutes. Arrive early, parking may be limited. Dogs are not permitted. No recording devices.

Shoreline Explore

When:  Wednesdays and Saturdays at 2pm, Thursdays at 11am in August

Where: K^wisitis Visitor Centre

A guided tour of the fascinating world that exists where land and sea meet.

Coastal Creatures

When: Mondays at 11am and Fridays at 2pm in August 

Where: K^wisitis Visitor Centre

Search for signs of the exciting animals that call the rainforest, ocean, and beaches their home. Towering whale spouts, crawling banana slugs, what will we find today?

Rainforest Walk

When: Wednesdays and Fridays at 11am, Sundays at 2pm in August 

Where: K^wisitis Visitor Centre

Experience the sights, sounds, and scents of an old growth rainforest.

Tracking the Wild

When: Tuesdays and Sundays at 11am in August

Where: K^wisitis Visitor Centre

Come search for the tracks of Bears, Wolves and Cougars, on the beach.

Sand Dunes Walk

When: Tuesdays at 2pm and Saturdays at 11am in August

Where: K^wisitis Visitor Centre

Walk the slopes and crests of windblown sand. Discover a world that is not beach or forest, but a strange and disappearing blend of both.

Forest Mindfulness Walk

When: Mondays at 2pm in August

Where: Combers Beach parking lot

An immersive, slow-paced forest walk using your five senses - a chance to reflect, connect, and let nature take the lead.

Fun, hands-on activities for everyone – young and old. Ask a staff member what’s happening today.

Touch Table: Ucluelet Aquarium 
When: Thursdays at 2pm in August
Where: K^wisitis Visitor Centre

Join visiting Ucluelet Aquarium staff and the creatures they will bring with them. Learn about anemones, urchins, sea stars and more as you experience them up-close and personal in touch tanks.


Ḥaahuupa series

The Ḥaahuupa Series invites local community members and visitors from around the world to meet local First Nation peoples who are enthusiastic to share their Nuu-chah-nulth culture through various workshops and experiences.

Dates, times, and locations vary for each Ḥaahuupa event. Please check our Facebook page, ask a staff member, or refer to posted advertising for more details!

 

 

Theatre Shows

Enjoy a wide variety of engaging presentations, guest speakers, and films.  

Shows start at 8:00 pm each night, doors open at 7:45 pm. Children must be accompanied at all times. Pets are not allowed.
