Camping

Prince Albert National Park

Regular fees apply as of September 8, 2026

September 7 was the last day of free admission and discounted camping and overnight stays with Parks Canada and the Canada Strong Pass.

All watercraft must have a mandatory aquatic invasive species (AIS) watercraft certification permit before entering Prince Albert National Park waters to help stop the spread of AIS.

Prince Albert National Park offers a wide range of camping from fully serviced and primitive (non-serviced) vehicle accessible campgrounds to simpler “get back to nature” backcountry campgrounds.

Review all camping safety, regulations and etiquette before departure.
