Beautiful Brackley Beach is a popular summer destination for many local Island beach-goers. Admired for its fine sand, boardwalk amenities, a large parking lot, and its proximity to Charlottetown.
Domestic animals are prohibited on beaches between April 1 and October 15 annually.

Description
- Brackley Beach is a popular destination and can be busy on a hot summer day.
- The total distance from the Brackley Beach complex to the sand is 225 meters.
- There is a large parking lot with designated parking spaces for visitors with limited mobility.
- From the parking lot, there is a boardwalk with access to washrooms, a canteen, outdoor showers, benches, and picnic areas.
- Bicycles are not permitted on the boardwalk
- From the Brackley Beach complex, cross a flat quiet road to an 80 meter uphill boardwalk.
- From the top of the boardwalk, there is a 60 meter ramp to the sand with a flat landing area midway.
- The slope of the boardwalk is 5 to 6 degrees.
- Between early July and early September, mobility mats are in place at the base of the ramp.
- The beach is soft white sand above the waterline and hard-packed sand below the waterline when the tide is out.
- Brackley Beach parking area is available for access to Robinsons Island multi-use trail
